Lemon Pasta - 25 min

I learned this recipe from my godsister a couple weeks ago. This is a perfect pasta for when you are sick of classic marinara or meat sauce! "If you like lemon, you should try this recipe." my godsister always says.

Ingredients for sauce Ingredients for noodles
Lemon juice Uncooked spaghetti noodles
Parmasean cheese Olive oil
butter Water
Salt and lemon pepper Salt

Making the noodles:

  1. Fill a pot halfway with water
  2. Put the pot on a stove and let the water boil
  3. Put salt and olvie oil into the pot
  4. Grab a box of uncooked spaghetti noodles and put it in the pot
  5. Wait 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally
  6. Strain the water out of the noodles

Making the sauce:

  1. put butter, parmasean cheese, and lemon juice in a pot/pan
  2. Put on stove on low/medium heat
  3. Add salt and lemon peper for taste
  4. stir for almost the whole time
  5. Once the butter melts, turn off the heat and add the noodles to the pot/pan
  6. stir for about a minute, then put noodles and sauce into a bowl
